Liked: The location was perfect for us as my dad was in Springhill Hospital so we needed to be close to him. You cant get much closer than this hotel. Just a hop skip and jump to the hospital. It was very convenient to Airport Blvd and any place you want to eat. the Staff were excellent especially the bar keep. He was very friendly and remembered us every time we saw him in passing. The front staff were great also and very friendly.
Disliked: I stepped outside to the patio area and the door locked behind me and I could not figure out how to get back in. there was no key pad to scan your room key or sign stating to use another door. I walked toward the other end of the hotel and found a door that was open leading into the bar area. there probably should have been a sign or the door should not have locked. This was no big deal. I will not give bad marks for the hotel or staff for this as it could be a security thing.

Liked: The thermostat on the wall didn’t work… I was freezing and slept with my jeans on… So I finally figured out to use the thermostat that was below the window not on the wall….
