Passable

Disliked: Our toilet was broken and they said they would send someone at 11 pm to fix it but they never did so we spent the entire stay with no toilet. Our phone was broken so we couldn’t call the front desk. Then maintenance and house keeping both tried to come at 9 am.

Was okay, fairly accessible via...

Liked: The staff were great, the water was warm
Disliked: The AC has automatic fan mode which combined with the carpet was not great for my reactive sinuses. They didn’t clean the bathroom well, when we requested they clean we were ghosted twice, so we stopped requesting
