We enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: The hotel is very clean & comfortable. The amenities in the room are of good quality. The staff is extremely helpful & courteous, especially Mehul & Ali.
Disliked: Breakfast. It was horrible. The oil used for frying was smelly. The food was not fresh. Breakfast should be avoided. There are good options close by.

Overall it’s very good

Liked: Clean, fast check in and Check outBF is good
Disliked: As you enter the premise there’s a sewage kind of smell maybe it’s the cleaning product they use

We had a great stay...

Liked: We loved the rooms, they are big, clean & luxurious. The bathrooms are spotless & the toiletries are good quality. The front office staff is exceptionally helpful. They ensured that we enjoy our stay. Location is good, but not much shopping or restaurants nearby. But it is quiet, with open areas around.
Disliked: Breakfast. This is the Achilles heel of this hotel. They need to use fresh ingredients & their oil in which they fried their hash browns smelled bad.

Superb

Liked: Close proximity to 401 and where my event was held.

Overall not bad but could...

Liked: Bed was super comfortable
Disliked: Room was not the cleanest. There were also quite a few guests and one of the two elevators was out of service so there was a long wait to get up to the room or down to the lobby. Also a lack of cups and coffee items in the room.

Disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: Service was not good. Didn't clean the room properly and provided coffee pods etc. one Elevator was not working for both days.Asked for extra charges to provide breakfast, which is normally included in the cost By where I traveled.

Liked: Being always able to accommodate the needs
Disliked: Room service staff, they knocked on the door of my room 3 times in half an hour, I told them I have headache and I need to get some rest. Please come back later, 10 min later and they came back, I told them the same thing, 10 min later and they came back again. I was totally disturbed

The sleep was good, but...

Liked: The hotel staff was and is amazing
Disliked: The location, the entrance was awkward to drive up to. And the roads were in need of fixing
