Cool just the staff could...

Disliked: In my room 132 none of the USB ports worked. The entire USB board between the beds didn't work including the plug there. The USB under the TV did not work only the power outlets. Told staff they said maintenance would address it in the morning.

Modern, clean hotel

Liked: Room was very nice with modern furniture. Check in and check out were quick and efficient, and I appreciated the staff allowing me to park my motorcycle under the canopy for the night.
Disliked: I wasn't happy that I was told the hotel had overbooked itself and I almost didn't get a room, but I greatly appreciate the clerk for her honesty.

Disliked: The pool no hot tub. The place smelled like mold that night and next day. They said filters needed to for caught up. 24 hour later and still not caught up. Very unsanitary and not safe. No breakfast dye to memorial day. Nothing we were told there would be breakfast. Manager did credit me money back for the breakfast. Still that is a a reason I stopped to stay due to that selling point

Dated and Musty

Liked: Located next to sports complex hosting tournaments, restaurants, mall. Front desk was extremely kind and informative .
Disliked: Dated, musty, beds themselves were clean but carpeting (which I don’t know why hotels aren’t all hard flooring for sanitary purposes) was dated and not in good shape, ac unit would turn on but kept kicking off multiple times so we were very hot most of the night , bathroom was cleaned but had the weirdest smell didn’t see any mold or mildew but smelled very off, beds were very hard, hallways smelled similar to the bathroom, the building is in major need of updating , a top to bottom cleaning , and airing out. It smells and feels like there hasn’t been airflow in there in years which attributes to or causes the musty smells.
