Dated and Musty

Liked: Located next to sports complex hosting tournaments, restaurants, mall. Front desk was extremely kind and informative .
Disliked: Dated, musty, beds themselves were clean but carpeting (which I don’t know why hotels aren’t all hard flooring for sanitary purposes) was dated and not in good shape, ac unit would turn on but kept kicking off multiple times so we were very hot most of the night , bathroom was cleaned but had the weirdest smell didn’t see any mold or mildew but smelled very off, beds were very hard, hallways smelled similar to the bathroom, the building is in major need of updating , a top to bottom cleaning , and airing out. It smells and feels like there hasn’t been airflow in there in years which attributes to or causes the musty smells.

Disliked: No sir in the room Both my husband and I woke up sweating .Also the front desk clerk gave us the keys to a occupied room.So we had to go back downstairs to get another room.It was irritating

Liked: Overbooked, didn't give us a room, had to find somewhere else to stay. No refund as of yet. Desk person said there was nothing to be done until at least Monday. We weren't given any notice until we tried to check in. Very disappointing since we had the room booked for awhile.
