It was good.

Liked: Check in & check out was quick & smooth.
Disliked: Less expensive. We're staying at another hotel in Aug. for almost half the cost

Very nice

Liked: The breakfast was excellent! All your staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No way to block the outside light from flooding the room day and night. No ceiling light in the main part of the room, only one by the door. It was very dark at night with only the table lights by the bed.

Passable

Disliked: 10 pm Friday we returned from a Brewers game, flushed the toilet once and it flooded the bathroom floor.. the staff was very kind. Maintenance came down with extra towels to mop up the water. I felt uncomfortable that water from the toilet was all over the floor. The next morning I asked the maid to reclean our bathroom and leave new towels. She was very kind and did what I asked.
