Disliked: Aircon in room wasn't able to keep the room cool. We couldn't control the power or temperature.

Liked: The staff were lovely , from the gentleman that we met at the reception to the wonderful lady on the bar ( I didn’t manage to catch her name) she was so friendly and kind.

Outstanding hotel and staff

Liked: The hotel was outstanding for the price, such a lovely and calm environment away from the centre, the room was spacious enough for the 3 of us that stayed, the staff where truly amazing, each member of staff always greeted us with a friendly smile and hello, check in was quick and smooth when we arrived around 9pm aswell as checking out, the breakfast buffet had a nice selection of hot food,, cereal, fruit, juice and hot drinks, all around outstanding stay and service, thank you to all the staff who made our stay perfect
