I would definitely stay again and would recommend the room; staff were friendly and breakfast was good!

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom - the bath looked dirty although the bathroom was visibly clean.

Very good experience - will visit again.

Disliked: Had a room above the bar - could hear late revellers drinking.

Liked: Its location is cool and the staffs are nice.
Disliked: The room was looking old. The Carpet was old and the heating was very poor. There was no bath wash in the container.

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and as ll it had to offer. The great open space for you to move around
Disliked: Not so much that I didn’t like - but the pool needed regular cleansing rather than just dowsing it with chlorine.

Excellent location and decent quality...

Liked: Reasonably spacious room for the price and excellent location for the city centre.
Disliked: The heating/aircon system in room was a bit noisy. Lack of fridge in standard room.

Liked: Its location Staff were amazing specially Karen in the restaurant she was so attentive and kid very nice to my kids. Tracy was lovely and sorted the room swap for us.
Disliked: Pool zero hygiene

Liked: Staff amazing, made the children feel involved during check in and had there own room keys. Pool was great and fun,very clean except some sand or grit gathered on the pool floor.
Disliked: One of my girls slept on the sofa converted to bed which she felt roll off as at a slope, while the other slept on the pull out bed which was fine.
