I would definitely stay again and would recommend the room; staff were friendly and breakfast was good!

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom - the bath looked dirty although the bathroom was visibly clean.

Very good experience - will visit again.

Disliked: Had a room above the bar - could hear late revellers drinking.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice, loads of variety. The location is perfect for the shopping centre and has all these walkways to get around without having to face the traffic. what made this hotel was the staff, they were all so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: All was great, nothing I didn't like. The only issue we had was the noise of other guests drinking and shouting in the hall as if they were the only people in the hotel. (Selfish really) But this is not a reflection on the hotel or the staff.

Liked: Very welcoming staff on reception. Good parking facilities, paid for by the day. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with lovely bathroom. All staff friendly, polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast and enjoyed an evening meal. A great experience.

Liked: The hotel staff where extremely helpful, I can honestly say this was the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at, I have been to a few. We had a meal in the evening in the hotel bar and it was amazing, much better than we ever expected for eating in a hotel bar. Every one was just so nice and helpful throughout. The hotel room was spotless, the towels smelt and looked lovely and fresh and a good supply of shower gels and shampoo. Also in a very good location, thee shopping centre opposite was amazing.
Disliked: Parking costs should really be included for those staying over. Would be very expensive to park over a longer period of time.
