I would definitely stay again and would recommend the room; staff were friendly and breakfast was good!

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom - the bath looked dirty although the bathroom was visibly clean.

Very good experience - will visit again.

Liked: Everything was very good; staff vey helpful; breakfast excellent.
Disliked: Had a room above the bar - could hear late revellers drinking.

Superb

Liked: The free ice cream for the kids was brilliant. Also our room was no. 408, very spacious. Kitkat chocolate in the room was a nice touch. The waitress at the bar was so friendly and nice that my 13 year old daughter wanted to give her a tip from her own pocket money!
Disliked: The pool opening hours. Unfortunately it meant that the kids couldn't go for a swim. We were hoping the, could still go for a swim at around 8pm, after our outside appointment. The fridge in our room wasn't cold. I would have loved to cool our drinks in there.

If I revisited Milton Keynes...

Liked: breakfast was ok
Disliked: booked a twin room and family room. Was no twin room available even though ide booked months in advance and family room had no a broken ac and smelt like burning. Was relocated a new family room which was at least on the same floor. 2nd night I was able to change to a twin room.

Having a noisy aircon unit...

Liked: Breakfast was good, attentive staff, and good selection and choice
Disliked: No Air Con in the room - Instead a small very noisy aircon unit was in the room. I was not informed of this and so the room was not to my expectations. Due to this I did not sleep very well as there was a heat wave that weekend and the room was very hot and the unit was very noisy. I did tell staff and got a shrug and smile. I paid for a kingsize/luxury room thinking I would have a better stay - unfortunately not! all for £350 for 2 nights.. never again!
