Liked: Beds were very comfortable, extra blankets available. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure
Disliked: Pillows were like bricks, towels were thin and the room was very cold. The staff was abrupt and acted as if answering questions was inconvenient! I’m an IHG rewards member but that was not acknowledged. I booked thru booking.com but they knew I was an IHG rewards member and didn’t welcome me nor honor my requests. I asked for directions and was told to use an app. I needed to know whether to go right or left out of the hotel. How hard is that?!?

Short and sweet

Liked: Hotel is great, excellent location - short ride with a tram and you are at the Duomo. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. We stayed just for a night as we were traveling further, but it was a short and sweet stay.
Disliked: Parking is a bit tight and small, but we managed to find a spot anyway.I’d expect to have a discount when paying daily ticket considering it’s for hotels guests, but 18€ is still ok I guess.
