Sigh, loved the location but...

Liked: Location of hotel to amenities was great
Disliked: Hotel room’s AC was leaking, creating a puddle on the floor which was a main area to pass to get to outside and the washroom area. Additionally the carpet was dirty in the room and the chair was old and torn. The room was NOT what I expected. The hotel staff was not reachable but when i complained through booking they responded immediately. What a waste, this made my anniversary vacation terrible. The AC did not work and the bathroom handle was broken.

Liked: Not impressed by breakfast.Front desk is always busy with only one person there.Can tell that the building is very old and had been through several renovations, still looks poor and unpleasant.Elevator is terribly SLOW

Disliked: The pool didn't have any loungers to lay out in the sun like the pictures showed. The pool area was a mess with garbage and glass alcohol bottles scattered all over. The pool is so close to the highway and so very loud. Some outdoor music or a. water feature would be nice to drown out the noises of cars racing by and beeping. We booked the room for 4 people but they only gave us two towels. When I called to ask for some additional towels they never answered the phone. Later we went down and the line was too long to wait in. Later I asked the front desk for towels and she said the cleaning people will bring them to me. They never came. So we asked again later at the desk. This time the gentleman went in a back door and came back with extra towels for us.

Disliked: The hotel looks old. Staff was not nice. You fell they definitely do not want to work there.
