Liked: Everything was great, as far as what the hotel provided.
Disliked: I had some very loud people in the room next to me that kept me up later than I would like. Not really the fault of the hotel...just rude patrons.

Slow and confused staff, check...
Liked: Location was nice, room was spacious
Disliked: We checked in at 4 (called ahead as well!). We were told when we got there that the room wasn’t ready but that they’d text and email us when it was. So we waited in the lobby, an hour goes by.. nothing. 2 hours, I ask again and it turns out our room was ready at 330 they misplaced the key and paper and forgot all about us. Then the shower wasn’t working. They offered no refund or comp in any way. It was a 0/10 experience for us.

Great spot close to waterfront,...
Liked: The pool is a great size with lots of chairs and umbrellas, beach access is wonderful as is the walking path. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable.Keurig and k cups and water bottles provided in room
Disliked: No microwave in the roomChlorine levels need to be checked in pool, too strong Breakfast is expensive and included gratuity at high percent but it's buffet and we didn't have any servers except someone who gave us the bill. Our 'ocean view ' room could only see ocean if standing at an angle by window which was disappointing Construction drilling all day got annoying. Tons of outlets in the room but many don't work.
