Disliked: There is no freezer and micro wave on standard rooms. Sorry, but for me it is essential. Many lower class hotel offer such devices :(

Good hotel location

Liked: It was suggested by work office, it was closer to the office, close to restaurants and stores, accessible to public transportation and convenient for pickup for work.
Disliked: At reception there are some staff rude to discuss costumer complains. Request over the phone are dismiss and did not take care, I needed ice since the ice machine were broken, they never bring it or did it in a later time. No fridge in room, or in the hotel, the gym has not clean towels either water... from 3 machines 1 was broken it seems is too small for the rooms offered. I find it over priced.

Liked: I liked the location. Also the room was good sized and comfortable. Other than Lizbeth, the staff were very good to me. The Wifi worked very well. The employees at the front desk and the bar/ restaurant were very nice.
Disliked: The cleaning lady was strange with me. Lizbeth. She came into my room and flirted, told me I was "guapo". I thought she liked me. We kissed a few times and hugged when she came into my room. She gave me nice compliments and extra amenities. We went out for dinner and I bought her jewelry and then a few days later she tried to tell me we were only friends and she was very rude to me.Also, I've stayed in more humble hotels in Mexico City, in Coyoacán specifically, that offer a complimentary breakfast. I think it's insane to pay so much for a hotel and not get a complimentary breakfast. Anyways, I was excited about the pancakes and french toast but neither was evenly cooked, soft in places and overcooked in others.
