Was surprised there wasn't a fridge in the room. The room was comfortable and made for a great trip.

Liked: Staff was polite and helpful.
Disliked: Ice machine on floor was broken.

Liked: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IT HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR OVER 2 MONTHS, HOTEL DIDN’T CHARGE ME ALTHOUGH BOOKING.COM NEARLY AUTO TOOK THE PAYMENT. BOOKING.COM HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME BACK ABOUT THIS IN OVER 48 HOURS. I AM AWARE THAT I HAVE WRITTEN THIS IN CAPITALS It is definitely deserved, shocking service in the whole even was confirmed by booking.com the week before we travelled.

Disliked: We didn't actually get to stay as on arrival we learnt the hotel had been closed and all reservations had been canceled. We had not been contacted or notified of this and had to find accommodation at the last minute. Would have liked the hotel to reach out and inform us of this

Disliked: Unprofessional. Pipes busted in the hotel and we were not notified at all. Front desk wouldn’t let us in to sit and find another hotel to stay at. Very disappointed

Liked: Nothing!!!!
Disliked: The hotel canceled no notification until we arrived. No emails nothing after we drove four hours to get there and then it took over two weeks to coordinate a refund between the hotel and booking.com. I had to do the coordination not very happy with the booking.com or this hotel

Liked: I cannot review this hotel as when we arrived we was sent elsewhere. This was due to the hotel being closed. We received no notification of this prior. Thus stress was caused unnecessarily

It’s closed down and still...

Liked: Nothing, it’s been closed down because on the A/C. I can only think it’s contaminated maybe. The security guard who told us it was closed indefinitely was polite.
Disliked: I reported the problem on the app. Haven’t heard anything back about refunds or apologies. I told them as they are closed indefinitely (their words) they shouldn’t be advertising rooms. We booked Hampton inns Beale street in the end and stayed there.
