Not worth the money

Disliked: Room was damp and sticky upon arrival took 3 hrs to get everything to dry , breakfast was not free only coffee was free . You charge more than was stated on the bookings.com website . If I have to pay $210 a night , breakfast should be included . I booked a 2 bed room was placed in a kings bed room. I am would not recommend this location.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the room has updated bathroom and new lights
Disliked: I paid for breakfast but was so disappointed in breakfast room I got a refund on the breakfast tickets

Liked: That I did not get put in a room beside the Interstate. That the bedding was sparkling clean. The fresh cooked breakfast. The room did NOT smell like a dog!

Disliked: we had absolutely no air in either room. one would not even turn on and the other room did not blow out cold air. one toilet would not flush and ants in the tub. terrible experience

Disappointing for an IHG hotel.

Liked: The breakfast had simple things missing such as no orange juice or alternative milk.The evening bar food was bad - on the 2nd night even 1 hour before the end of service the food came out cold and uncooked and the chef was not pleasant at all.The reception staff were polite not necessarily friendly.
Disliked: The food and the atmosphere.

Disliked: The room was not cleaned properly and the carpet was dingy. Needs steam cleaning.
