Great location but staff needs...

Liked: The only thing I liked about this property was the location . Every thing else was very mediocre.
Disliked: The staff was rude , that’s the biggest issue . From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out , it seemed as though no one knew what their job was . Especially during check out , we had to wait 25-30 mins to even check out due to no one being at the front desk and every time we would ask a staff member who is passing by where the front desk receptionist was at, they seemed to not know what was going on . 25 mins later when she did arrive we find out she was in the bathroom. I understand life happens but that is unacceptable. And another issue that reflected negatively on our stay was how extremely HOT it was on the third floor and in our hotel room . It was so hot , we all woke up and checked way before check out time to go sit in the vehicle and get some air conditioning.

Disliked: Room was damp and sticky upon arrival took 3 hrs to get everything to dry , breakfast was not free only coffee was free . You charge more than was stated on the bookings.com website . If I have to pay $210 a night , breakfast should be included . I booked a 2 bed room was placed in a kings bed room. I am would not recommend this location.
