Liked: I visit quite often to this hotel. I visit my sick brother who lives in Martinsburg. I stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn the time before this one, and it did not compare to the service I am use to at Hoiday Inn. I will never make that mistake again.
Disliked: My favorite bartender Sherrie quit the week before I came to Holiday Inn.

Liked: Room wad clean and comfortable
Disliked: NOT complimentary breakfast. You receive 2 coupons per room for the restaurant. So you will pay for breakfast if there are 4 adults in a room.

Comfy and clean room however...

Liked: It was peaceful and quiet there
Disliked: It was filthy I took my shoes off and walked across the floor and could feel grit and dirt and looked at my foot and it was like I'd walked on coal. So I took a paper towel and wet it and wiped around the floor to look and see if it was my imagination nope it was filth and dirt I mean bad. I'm not a picky person but this was awful. Also said fully stocked like kitchenette area I don't know what they mean by fully stocked but there was there were no utensils or dish towels or anything if you wanted to cook something or eat something you had to bring your own stuff like knives forks that kind of thing

Best Bang For Your Buck

Liked: This facility gives you the best bang for your buck! It was very clean, staff was friendly, I enjoyed the drinks at the restaurant, and the pool was beautiful and very well maintained. It had EVERYTHING you could want out of a hotel!
Disliked: How far my room was from the pool lol
