Pleasant

Comfortable for overnight

Liked: Close to the airport. Good location for an overnight stay before departure. The beds and shower were great. Free shuttle to airport a nice bonus.
Disliked: Our air conditioner didn't work. Small room.

Exceptional

Perfect place to stay to...

Liked: Perfect place to stay to catch a flight the next day. Comfortable rooms, all services provided, friendly staff, etc.
Disliked: The dinner was average.

Liked: Room was comfortable and breakfast was great.
Disliked: 1. Dinner was very disappointing. Our chicken was undercooked, with blood still visible near the bones. 2. We called reception to ask for a toothbrush since my son had forgotten his at home. However, we didn’t receive any response, even though there was a sign stating that they would provide one if needed.

A decent place to stay...

Liked: The location is great if you have an early flight, it is easy and practical. The hotel will also pick you up and drop you off in the morning which was very helpful. I also enjoyed the design of the room, it was clean and what we needed to spend the night. We also had a few drinks at the bar, staff was kind and polite. We also had diner, which was convenient.
Disliked: It is a bit pricey for the room, drinks and food so just be prepared for that because if you are spending the night and want to have some refreshments or something to eat, there will not be much choice around the hotel.

A good airport hotel

Liked: This is a nice airport hotel, with an efficient shuttle service to the airport provided. It's important to know for guests arriving at the airport that they need to call the hotel and basically "order" the shuttle. These call facilities are located at shuttle stops at both terminals. The hotel was very good in providing clear information about shuttle stops prior to our arrival. While guests can have meals at the hotel, a good small restaurant is also some five minutes away walking in an area where there are also some small grocery shops and a bakery. The room was nice and clean, with enough facilities for an overnight stay.
Disliked: The lack of a safe deposit box was unusual for a four star hotel and a clear minus.
