Great stay, really.

Liked: Great stay, one of the best we had. The hotel looked brand new, the room was spacious and comfortable and everything worked perfectly including a very welcome efficient climate control , the staff very nice, the breakfast as typically good as most Holliday Inns in Germany and it was just by the HBF tracks and shops.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

Liked: Hard to fault. Beds comfy; room modern and spacious; breakfast excellent with plenty of choice; Staff friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: room was cleaned often and towels were always fresh.excellent location to visit mannheim city. small public parking nearby - but for most of the time it was nearly full
Disliked: To little hot choices for breakfast, eggs were available only early in the morning. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience.Someone else with their card accessed our room, while I was inside - so better not to leave any importaant stuff in the room....

Liked: Room rates are reasonable. Breakfast is perfect with plenty of variety. The bed is comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet bowl is low quality. Parking is quite expensive compared to the room rate. However, there is an open public parking lot nearby. It is free of charge after 2pm on Saturdays.
