Liked: Staff went the extra mile for my daughter, who celebrated her birthday with a trip to Manchester to see Utd. A cake plate and balloons were put in the room for her, along with a birthday card.Lovely people, superb location, and excellent room.

Liked: Check in was a breeze - help was offered with everything ( not that we needed it!) and the staff were really friendly without being overbearing.
Disliked: The automatic lights on our floor ( floor 14) didn't seem to be working so we had to use our phone torch to find the room.
