Liked: Great location in the area we needed to be in.Rooms were clean. Staff friendly.
Disliked: On spending nearly £300 for the night, I was shocked that they wanted an additional £20 per person for breakfast! Room was very warm even with the fans going full blast.

Disliked: Room itself was clean and tidy, could do with smaller desk and another comfy chair to look out of the vast window looking over manchestetHotel provides robes and slippers stated on website....not anymore although slippers were brought to usExecutive room for 2, snacks and chocolate. 1 bag of crisp and a 2finger kitkat between 2was left in the room, more was brought to room when asked.1 Staff foul language in a public space absolutely a no and training how to conduct themselves neededBreakfast diabolical, hot food was luke warm, things like yoghurt/juice room temperature, no ham/cheese if you wanted a continental breakfastWe always strip a bed when leaving and the stains on the duvet ....it was fit for the bin onlyJust waiting for the invoice to come through with some refund as agreed with desk on check out
