Holiday Inn Manchester - City Centre

Really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. Our room was done up lovely for Valentine celebrations. Location was ideal for our one night stay. Will definitely come back again.

Liked: Room. Staff. Food. Location.
Disliked: Nothing.

Hotel was very nice; staff was friendly and very helpful; room had all you need for a great stay and breakfast was very good, with great choices.

Liked: Comfortable bed and clean room.
Disliked: Quilt on bed could have been bigger for size of bed.

Kind and really welcoming staff who make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable - always there to attend you in the best way possible. Also a great location.

Liked: Kind, well mannered and highly friendly staff.
Disliked: My room was to close to some kind of device/machine - too noisy in the night to let me get a proper sleep.

Liked: Lovely decor, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and bedding with air-con, good brekkie selection, very short walk from Piccadilly station
Disliked: Sausages weren’t good, water pressure in shower could have been better, no bottled water provided in room

Liked: All the staff were very helpful, Robert needs a special mention for engaging with the guests and ensuring they had the best stay possible by great customer service and giving suggestions, directions etc.The food is high quality at a reasonable price, initially we were going to look for somewhere locally to go for dinner and breakfast but so glad we didn't as couldn't have bettered what we had at the Holiday Inn, would recommend the curry. place airy, clean, spacious bedroom, very comfy bed and pillows.
Disliked: just minor things -More tea bags with the tea and coffee, toilet roll holder kept falling off. put the bath towels out as one set was in a cupboard which we wouldn't have known without going to reception to ask, maybe put them on the bed?

Excellent service and a comfortable...

Liked: Superb service! We had an early arrival (twice) and we got the room for an early check in free of charge! The hotel i located close to the Manchester Piccadilly train station and a short walk into the city center. The rooms are clean and spacious - and comfortable. Tea and coffee in the room.Very good English breakfast - and a friendly and helpful staff. The gym is above our expectation compared to many hotels. We had an early flight back home, and the hotel provided a breakfast package to go.
