Kind and really welcoming staff who make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable - always there to attend you in the best way possible. Also a great location.
Liked: Kind, well mannered and highly friendly staff.
Disliked: My room was to close to some kind of device/machine - too noisy in the night to let me get a proper sleep.

Liked: - Great location close to the station, tastefully decorated.
- Had the option of soft or firm pillows.
- Plenty of outlets for charging phone/laptop/power bank.
- The night/blue lights in the bathroom were a great feature - I'd love to see this more places.
- Lots of general seating near the entrance, great if you're popping in and out frequently.
- Bright exterior lighting makes the hotel easier to find in the evening.
Disliked: - The mattress wasn't that comfortable and the duvet was narrow only covering the top and not the sides of the bed - first time I've seen something like that, so not sure if it's commonplace in hotels. - There was no network signal at all in the building. Granted, free wi-fi was available but it was pretty slow.
