Hotel was very nice; staff was friendly and very helpful; room had all you need for a great stay and breakfast was very good, with great choices.

Liked: Comfortable bed and clean room.
Disliked: Quilt on bed could have been bigger for size of bed.

Kind and really welcoming staff who make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable - always there to attend you in the best way possible. Also a great location.

Liked: Kind, well mannered and highly friendly staff.
Disliked: My room was to close to some kind of device/machine - too noisy in the night to let me get a proper sleep.

We had a very enjoyable...

Liked: The breakfast was very good had everything I needed to start the day. The location was near the station as stated and also near the town centre. We used the restaurant for our evening meal and it was very good value.
Disliked: The air conditioning and room temperature was hard to adjust.

Stay was good, lack of...

Liked: Kelsey was lovely. We were given the wrong room and she immediately fixed that up for us. Restaurant and bar staff were lovely.
Disliked: Lack of parking and no indication of where to pull up and unload our luggage. It was not clear how to get into the hotel or where the front desk was when driving up to the hotel.
