Kind and really welcoming staff who make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable - always there to attend you in the best way possible. Also a great location.

Liked: Kind, well mannered and highly friendly staff.
Disliked: My room was to close to some kind of device/machine - too noisy in the night to let me get a proper sleep.

Disliked: I recently stayed here and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The state of the towels provided was disappointing, as they appeared unclean and there was a bandaid attached to it. It was unhygienic.Additionally, the furniture in the room seemed dated and in need of replacement. Chair covers were completely worn out and showed evident lack of maintenance.Moreover, the demeanor of the staff appeared tired and disengaged during the morning breakfast, failing to provide the level of service one would expect from a reputable establishment.

Disliked: Unfortunately I did not sleep well both nights because I found the beds too hard for me but my husband & son slept well.

Very disappointing outcome using Booking.com...

Liked: Location and breakfast
Disliked: Using Booking.com rather than booking directly with the hotel resulted in us being allocated a very poor quality room yet we paid a much higher price than if we had booked directly with the hotel. We had booked many months in advance but the hotel advised that our booking was made ‘subject to availability’ and as the hotel was fully booked we ended up with a poorly located and seemingly lower quality small room (no hair conditioner, no body lotion, no bottled water etc) - at least these were provided after we complained

Liked: The room was well laid out. Reception staff friendly.
Disliked: The a/c kept going back to 21C after I increased the temperature by a few degrees. The service for dinner was a bit basic for a 4 star hotel. At breakfast the server brought our tea but no cups.
