Great location but you pay...

Liked: The staff on reception were friendly and the room was spacious for a family of four. The location is great for terminal two.
Disliked: The restaurant staff were forgetful and the waiting on staff seemed to struggle with the volume of customers they had but there were other staff stood about. The food and drink was ridiculously overpriced for what you got. The food quality wasn't great and the portions were really small.

Liked: A clean and modern hotel, good size room with a very comfortable bed and a nice shower. Very good breakfast. Staff were all very polite and friendly. My kid loved the sofa bed!

Decent hotel next to terminal

Liked: Location next to terminal. Comfortable clean room.
Disliked: Noisy open bar area next to reception. Went for some food, was very busy. Not that easy to find from train station in the dark even though is walkable. Needs better signage or better instructions on how to find it.

Liked: Lovely comfortable room, excellent shower room. We ate dinner and buffet breakfast in the hotel. Both were very good and not ridiculously expensive.
