Good Quality Airport Hotel
Liked: I found this an extremely good, very well located, and above all, a reasonably priced airport hotel., no more than a few minutes' walk away from Terminal 2 arrivals / departures. I arrived by train, a 30ish minute walk from the station in the elevated "skyway" and once in T2 departures, the signage is clear.Check in is efficient, as are all members of staff. The room and public areas spotless. I didn't try the Turkish Restaurant, "Firin" on this occasion, nor breakfast, due to an early morning flight - though the "Open Lobby" menu was sufficient for my needs and the club sandwich with fries was fine.On a similar deal, I would use both for early departures / late arrivals without hesitation.
Disliked: After eating and a few beers, and tipping the bar / waiting staff, I found that ""A discretionary service charge of 12.5 % will be added to your total bill". It is not shown as an additional charge so is it built into the price?

Liked: Good location, 1hr grace to unload the car before parking, walking distance to airport. Would use again, rooms nice are large

Liked: The hotel was clean and some of the staff where friendly ideal location
Disliked: We paid for a premium room with a full mini fridge and snacks When we checked in nothing was in the fridge, we had to ring and speak to hotel management 3 times to be told it will be filled at some point. Disappointing as our kids were excited to have the drinks and snacks when we arrived. Then we didn’t have enough towels the manager who we spoke to then finished her shift and had to explain all again poor service. The room should be fully ready not part when guests are checking in they said it was we checked in 15 mins earlier than time agreed even though it took them 3 hrs to sort after our check in time
