Holiday Inn Manassas - Battlefield By IHG

The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The employees were friendly and helpful for any of my needs.

Disliked: No complaints for the price.

Staff was great. Overall stay was good. I would stay again.

If I ever come back this way I would probably stay here again.

Liked: It was clean and not hard to find. It was 15 minutes down the road to the event which was great!
Disliked: Nothing was really bad about the hotel that I can recall.

From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left, the staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and most of all comfortable, like home. Anytime that we go into the city for events we will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Receptionist killed my mood in first 5 minutes to notice anything good there.
Disliked: I checked in around 10 pm and Receptionist was so rude and unprofessional and got angry on my 5 year old son and asked me to keep him quiet. Worst hotel experience ever.

Disliked: Booked for king size bed room and was given double queen but still got charged for the king room
