Holiday Inn Manassas - Battlefield By IHG

The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The employees were friendly and helpful for any of my needs.

Disliked: No complaints for the price.

Staff was great. Overall stay was good. I would stay again.

If I ever come back this way I would probably stay here again.

Liked: It was clean and not hard to find. It was 15 minutes down the road to the event which was great!
Disliked: Nothing was really bad about the hotel that I can recall.

From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left, the staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and most of all comfortable, like home. Anytime that we go into the city for events we will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: 2nd floor I only had a view of the roof and it was in an industrial area with the freeway in back so no views. Staff dud not come in to replace coffee and creamer or towels. Sinks in bathroom cracked in several places but everything was clean so that's a plus.

Disliked: The bathroom had rust stains in the bathtub. I thought it came with a free breakfast but it was a restaurant and not free.

It was okay ..

Liked: Check in was easy, staff was friendly, and it was in a good location.
Disliked: Very outdated, the room smelled stale (like mildewy). They need to upgrade some of their things in the rooms (TV, air conditioning), and I wish all hotels were mandated to enclose the entire mattress to protect against bed bugs - just puts me at ease

Great stay and prices

Liked: Spacious rooms and clean. Shower was hot with great pressure.
Disliked: Unfortunately our room was facing the street so the morning traffic was a bit loud but nothing terrible. I probably could have drowned it out with the ac unit.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was handy for many places especially for our visit. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Pool was COLD.

Liked: The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The location was close to restaurants and amenities but too far to walk there.

Disliked: Mentioned breakfast in ad but it wasn't complimentary (free). Said it must have been mentioned by 3rd party booking. Disappointing.
