Liked: Reception area very modern and plenty of light
Disliked: Paying for parkingGreat sized room but a damp smell and the room is so tired and old including the furniture.Sink drains rusty.Poor tile repairs in the bathroom.Shower had no pressure so had to use the bath.Bar was not manned at all times so always a wait and when there was a few people waiting had to go to reception for them to call the restaurant to get someone to attend the bar.Half the evening menu was not available.Very poor to be honest seeing as I stay at multiple hotels throughout the Uk and Europe.

Disliked: On booking room was equiped with fridge but when we arrived there was no fridge. We asked on reception about dining and we were told that restaurant is open from 6:30pm for hotel guests. When we went for dinner waiter told us that restaurant is closed for privat venue which was dissapointing and when we asked on reception, receptionist told us she didin't know. They offer us to have bar food and sit on the terrace. 6 tables were reserved for the group and the last two were empty without any reserve card. We chose one of these tables. When I was ordering food I was told waiting time is over an hour as they have few groups for dining. Then waiter came to our table and asked us to change the table as this table was also reserved for the group of people although there were no reserve signs! Food arrived 1hr 40 minutes after order and waiter said sorry! We were also charged for kids menu as lady on the bar said we need to pay even on menu is writen kids dine for free. The next day another lady said kids eat for free when hotel guests. Still not sure if we were supposted to pay for child dinner or not! On check out receptionist asked to pay for carpark which I paid on arrival. I asked to check and receptionist told me that her colleague didin't process it corectly so another apology. Really nice and comfortable hotel but poor communication between employees at reception, restaurant and bar. Lack of training and hotel policy knowledge.

Liked: Large room with decent sized beds, comfortable and had no trouble sleeping.
Disliked: It is a long walk to the rooms. Good for exercise, bad if you have a lot of luggage.
