Very good

This experience is not what...

Liked: The staff was incredibly sweet and trying to be helpful. They obviously know the hotel is in bad shape. The food was quite good for a hotel breakfast. Considering what you are going to read below, their morale and service level was pleasantly surprising. "A" to the staff!
Disliked: The hotel is clearly in bad need of renovations. We were there for my daughter's graduation. After a long night out, we realized the sofa bed in my suite was basically wires wrapped in thin cloth (literally unusable for my 200 lb adult son). At almost midnight I to figure out what to do for him and was given a just passable folding bed that had the lovely surprise of a USED Q-tip on it (YUCK). The TV only showed one channel (we eventually figured out on the last night that the remote sensor was missing). The hot water was very hard to balance in the ancient shower. The shower curtain was too short so the floor would get soaked. The carpet in the hallways were bubbling and pulling up in large areas. I could go on. I really should have complained and gotten at least a partial refund but i felt bad for the lovely and earnest staff who must get complaints often.

Liked: I liked the price because I thought it was all inclusive
Disliked: Surprise, surprise!! Breakfast was not included and it was pricey

Liked: Loved the location. Great breakfast but expensive.Was nice perk breakfast included pop! I don't do coffee.
Disliked: The kids!! Tons of kids, screaming, running, doors slamming!! Pool, hot tub full of kids!!All hours of the night!!They needed a floor for adults only!!Thursday night was good, quiet enjoyable..till Friday hit!!Won't be back!!

Not very happy

Liked: We were put in a handicap room so the room was larger. The lady at the breakfast buffet was great.
Disliked: We had kids from a wrestling tournament in the same floor they were running up and down the halls until 2-3:00 am. We had kids knocking on our door 5 or more times then run off. I barely slept. Same group of kids (group of 15-20) no parents around and just chaos.
