Holiday Inn Lower East Side By IHG

I loved it here. The staff is excellent; the room was wonderful.

Liked: The staff was great; room was wonderful.
Disliked: Nothing.

The free office use was much appreciated.

Liked: Staff extremely kind, helpful, and patient.
Disliked: My room service breakfast wasn't delivered. I called, they said that they tried me but I wasn't there. Then I waited another 1/2 hour and called again. They realized the guy was delivering to the wrong room. Barely had time to eat before leaving.

Liked: Great location, very comfortable room. We were placed on the 8th floor and had a beautiful view!
Disliked: I booked a standard room, thinking that I had booked one with 2 beds. It turned out we were placed in a room with 1 bed, which was not ideal for us.

Liked: Great check-in, clean, nice amenities, and great location. This hotel was walkable to many areas of Manhattan.
Disliked: Unfortunately, in the middle of the night, around 1am, I could hear squirrels or some other small animal in the wall near the window. They were chewing on wood from 1am-9am when I started leaving. I only stayed for one night, so I put on my noise-canceling headphones and tried to sleep. They may have gotten in through one of the external vents since renovations were in progress.
