It was a nice hotel, moderately priced and only 10 minutes from Expo5 venue. I did call for an early check in time using the number listed on the website, 877 -xxx-xxxx - spoke to someone I thought was at the hotel and requested an early check in. I was told someone would call me when our room was ready the following day. We arrived the follwong day and realized I had made the reservation for the wrong day. I get the error was mine, but when I spoke to the phone rep she confirmed that my reservation was for the day I said, not what the actual reservation was for. Luckily the staff at the hotel was helpful and got us a room with in 15-20 minutes.
Liked: Close to venue; clean; very nice staff.
Disliked: Poor vending selection.

Great 1 night stay. Perfect...
Liked: Location was located just far enough outside side of town but still close enough to downtown that it was perfect.

Liked: Very convenient to get to the expo center. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately, during our stay the hotel was at capacity and one of the two elevators broke. This would not have been a problem if they had a staircase that you could use, but it was a outside exit fire escape only.

Liked: The bed and the pillows were great. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The majority of the staff was great. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. The bartender was lovely. The check in staff went above and beyond our expectations.
Disliked: Website said the hotel would drive guests to local (within 3 miles I believe?) locations. At the hotel, however, it was explained to me that the new management had changed the rule. They politely said that if there was a vehicle and driver available (before 3pm) they would drive us. I requested a ride to the expo center (less than 2 miles) for the following am, but there was never a commitment. Staff told me the manager SHOULD be there by 8:30 (time we needed ride) after she dropped of her child at school. We waited patiently. Just after 8:30 we were told the bus was ready for us. Unfortunately there were more people (including those not in my group) that needed a ride to the 9 am event. Not all fit in the vehicle. We would have been happy to go earlier, but it was not a possibility. Also the front desk allowed us to keep our suitcase at the hotel so that we could check out early (helping them as well) and come back at a later time to pick up luggage (via UBER). When we came back and requested a ride to the airport around 1:30 pm the front desk personnel was on the phone (Jan 5). She acknowledged our request. We BELIEVED she was getting a driver. We waited 30 MINUTES with no driver. Finally we asked another staff member (that had been straightening up in the lobby area) if he knew if a driver was available. He quickly offered to drive us. He was very pleasant. I was VERY disappointed that the girl at the front desk did nothing while we waited for 30 MINUTES -fully aware that the driver was in the lobby! Both times I requested a ride I felt it was a huge imposition. I did not feel like a welcome guest-more like an unwelcome pest!

Liked: The hospitality mainly the restaurant bar tender hands down the best guy ever. Felt very welcome and the food was excellent..
