Liked: Courteous staff; good in-room coffee; room and location served our purposes.
Disliked: Loud lobby; poor TV reception in room; tear in piece of furnitutre.

Liked: Rooms are spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. The Holiday Inn employees are extremely friendly and very helpful - they are fantastic.
Disliked: The Sonoma Grill employee, who serves Holiday Inn customers breakfast, does not give you a good first impression - can be abrupt, loud, and quite rude. However, in the end, the service was fine, and they became friendlier as the meal went on. We ate in the Sonoma Grill during the evening, and the evening employees are very nice, helpful, and their service was great!

Disliked: Noise from corridors and other rooms traveled at will. My room was at the end of the hallway…so I didn’t notice it too much
