Terrible
Liked: nothing
Disliked: There were protesters right outside our room all night long. The fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the night.We had to evacuate down 5 flights of stairs with my 90 year old mother. I had even called 2 days prior to check on the reservation and no one said anything about the protesting that had been going on for 2 weeks. They should have warned us so we could make other arrangements. There was only one person working that I saw (I felt sorry for her), but they had no answers and no direction once everyone evacuated to the lobby! It was a mess and I'm only glad it wasn't a fire or other distaster where we would have needed real assistance. Plus, the bathroom door hit the front door every time you opened it. The room was not well situated.

Wouldn’t stay here again.
Liked: Receptionist was very nice a friendly.
Disliked: Very outdated.Breakfast was over at 10am which really sucked.

Convenient location
Liked: The locationis close to airport and easy to navigate the area.
Disliked: The door to the room stuck in the frame — push to get in and pull to close.

Horrible
Liked: My stay at your hotel last weekend was probably the most unpleasant experience ive had. The protest kept me up all nightSeeing all the cops inloading rifles, shotguns etc into the hotel put a real fear for my life.This is stay was very unpleasant for me

Terrible experience!
Disliked: The room was small and seemed old. The shower was clogged and the sink leaked from underneath, it took over 40 minutes to have some show up to fix and he still needed parts in order to make a full repair so left a trash can under leak until the next day! Requested linen’s but waited 45 minutes and had to call down again and was told the person we spoke to never submitted the request. The TV remote and the TV didn’t work and finally got a new remote sent to room. The front desk employee was not a friendly person and was just unhelpful. I don’t plan to ever stay there again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to this location.

Not 100% satisfied
Liked: I liked that it was close to a work event, and I had somewhere to stay at the end of my shift. I liked that the parking was free, and the staff was friendly and responsive to my questions and inquiries.
Disliked: I almost demanded a refund. 2 rooms had issues, and I was exhausted from going up and down the elevator after working all day in Long Beach. 1st room had 2 small bugs, 2nd room looked as if someone stayed; a set of key cards were on the table, the pillows were moved, and someone sat on one of the beds. The 3rd room had stains on the floor, soda splattered behind the door, and the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The AM staff was not around for me to inform them of the 3rd room. I noticed all the issues in the morning.I picked this hotel due to coming here years ago for a company event. We didn't stay the night, but the event was very nice.
