Liked: Lose to freeway and airport
Disliked: Room was dirty, dirtier than my previous stayed. Door knob and lock were loose and didn't feel secure when close. Room needs major upgrade.smell like people are smoking weed in the hall way. Feel like staying in the hood.

Liked: The staff was exceptional and the hotel was kept clean and orderly. Great location for Long Beach Airport.
Disliked: There was a lot of road noise due to the freeway next door.

Disliked: Fixtures in the room did not work properly (shower and sink faucets, the mechanism which prevents the door from fully opening was missing one its parts).

Did not meet our expectations

Liked: The beds were a little small but comfortable. The location is right off the 405 which is very convenient
Disliked: There was roaches in our room. The room was small and things were falling apart like door knobs and hinges. The people at check in need more people skills. You have to pay for complimentary breakfast if you want to eat their breakfast and parking too.
