Holiday Inn London-Shepperton, Shepperton

Will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have never known anywhere where the staff were this friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond, even the chamber staff!

Liked: The staff. All of them amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, Kim and also the young girl with long blonde hair - forgotten her name.
Disliked: Maybe a little dirty in the public areas.

Great family getaway

Liked: We loved the bedroom setup with the sofa bed for our child. The beds were comfortable and the room seemed recently refurbished. The food was great and good value that children eat for free. The swimming pool and play area made it perfect for a short getaway with our toddler.
Disliked: The only issue was that the room felt too hot at night, even with the AC on. It didn't seem possible to set it below 19⁰C.

Liked: We love this Holiday Inn and stay here often, love the clean rooms, comfy beds and leisure centre as well as the lounge area.
Disliked: The bar and restaurant staff this time were very offish and slightly rude. They seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced. Not able to handle any issues. We normally have the executive suite but we had to stay in standard double and it is below par the bed is a small double and not comfy although the room was lovely.

Liked: I liked the facilities and the breakfast. The breakfast is very nice with many options that fit my dietary restrictions. The swimming pool was excellent, I was able to get a swim in everyday which was perfect.
Disliked: The heating was consistently broken during my stay. When set to warm it blew cold air. It was also very noisy. Additionally the room cleaning was terrible. My bed was changed once every 3-4 days despite it clearly having stains and being dirty. I dropped some water on the floor and went to wipe it after cleaning was in my room, and the tissue came back black meaning the surface was poorly cleaned. Not to mention crumbs that were in my room before cleaning came in, were still in my room on the floor and desk after cleaning left. Behind the chair in my room, I think cleaning hasn't cleaned in months.
