Liked: Check in wasn't until 2pm but staff tried their best to accommodate us with an earlier check-in which they did. Staff more than helpful

Great stay, will definitely come...

Liked: Property was clean, nice breakfast and staff were helpful
Disliked: Nothing apart from not enough seats for breakfast. Hotel was busy.

Basic stay but the housekeeping...

Liked: Location was ideal for where I needed to be.
Disliked: I didn't like that the room itself was small. Water should be complimentary in rooms. Temperature of room .

It will do for work

Liked: The food was a little pricey but was really nice so with the cost.
Disliked: I think I got the worst room in hotel. I had the disabled room. Floor was wooden and all scratched up.The chair thing was worn and ripped, not comfortable to lay on. The bed was very hard. Shower is set for someone who’s in a chair so for me who isn’t disabled, it was only just above my head. Anyone taller would have an issue. Also had the room next door try to get in through the access door, but thankfully it was locked. Cleaning staff was always very polite when walking past. Desk staff were polite, but could have given you more information when you first arrived, like WiFi code, where breakfast is times for good extraIt’s fine for work or someone to crash when you passing through, but wouldn’t want a holiday there

Disliked: Hotel is Looking a bit tired could do with a refurb.Room was not ready when we arrived we have requested early check-in and was told it would be ready got complementary drinks while waiting No towels in the room and had to request twice to get them.
