Nice location, big rooms

Liked: Close to underground and airport/train Big clean rooms and nice bar and choice of food , specially when you need late in the night
Disliked: Breakfast is same ( food and layout ) for 2 weeks , nothing changed Coffee only from machine so not the best

Liked: Breakfast very good.Bit apprehensive walking to Hotel from acton north.Reception staff,two young ladies were fantastic.Informative,pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The single bed collapsed on top of my sister.Quiet dangerous!We informed staff that it needed attention.

Disliked: Hair on the bed that wasn’t ours, I had already unpacked and realised late so didn’t think they’d have rooms available. I checked everything and cleaned everything because if they didn’t change the bedding properly then not sure what else wasn’t clean.

Disliked: I think having some complimentary water in th room would be useful. Also there were issues with the door , cupboard handles that were very sharp and can cause serious injury.
