The staff didnt accommodate my disability needs.

Liked: Its in a lovely location close to shopping malls and food court.
Disliked: The attitude of some staff members. They must to understand the needs of Blind People.

Deceived by facilities

Liked: It was clean, plenty of hand sanitiser. I appreciate the extra pillows and towels too.
Disliked: Facilities said it was soundproof but we could hear people outside and they could hear us too. I felt deceived by what was promised. Please update facilities

Exceptional staff!

Liked: The facilities were nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional, made our stay that much better.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet could have been better. Everything tasted good but there was a poor selection. Didnt see anything GF and no dairy free milk for coffee and if you are Vegan only option would have been toast and cereal and I am not sure if they had vegan milk. However I did not ask the staff so they might have had some more vegan and GF options available in the kitchen. Either way we were a little disappointed.

Liked: Clean, good vfm, friendly staff, great location and loads of local facilities.
Disliked: The bar and restaurant need brightening up to make it more welcoming a little especially with the Covid restrictions. Need to think out of the box!
