Disliked: Booked two twins beds got double bed . supply the beds as per the booking

It was over all disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfy good selection of shower product in the room
Disliked: Check in was 2pm we didn’t get into our room until 4:15pm due to it not being ready resulting in us missing our dinner reservations. Check in was very disorganised we were not being informed what was going on. We understand that there was an event on that night however it was very disorganised overall

Nice, but not great

Liked: The distance to the station and the comfort of the main bed.
Disliked: The height of the bath to get in the shower was crazy, the shower head ‘holder’ in room 220 was awful, and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable - the mattress was very thing and all you could feel were the springs.

Ideal location for travel to...

Liked: Proximity to station.Super comfy bed.Location was great and businesses near by provided all that we needed (pub, shop, cafe).
Disliked: There wasn’t anything to dislike - we were very happy with our stay.
