Liked: Clean, close to town and train station
Disliked: The bed moves when I sat on it and the mattress was a little soft but of course that is my personal preference as I prefer hard mattress.Breakfast was good.

Liked: Restrictions due to Covid situation but hotel had arranged take out bags for breakfast and evening meal collection in the room. Rooms very clean. Reception staff very helpful and welcoming.

Perfect location for Harry Potter...

Liked: Our heating in the room had gone off and the guy on reception couldnt have been more helpful! He got more covers for us and then proceeded to get the heating fixed. Such a friendly young guy. In fact all the staff we met were so lovely and helpful! We will be back to stay here. Location was amazing. Quick drive to HP world (you could also get the HP bus) and then 15 mins to Euston

Liked: Really helpful staff. Helped me quarantine 10 days without prior notice. Nice hot chocolate as well at the bar downstairs !
