Wasn't what expected when booked...

Disliked: Room wasn't big enough for 4 people as stated when booked or enough space for travel cot . TV wasn't working and changed room twice but still had no TV to watch and travelled with a toddler . Waited couple of hours for a fridge to be put in room n stated when booked had fridge in room ,

Very good

Liked: The room and hotel are spacious and clean. Loved the breakfast menu, can get crowdy on a busy holiday period, and you'll have to wait to be seated as the space for the restaurant isn't the biggest, but a good size
Disliked: Parking was way too expensive here. £15 per day! Paid £45 for the two nights I spent here. More annoying that you pay a full day fee on your last day at the hotel, even when you check at at 12noon

Liked: Centrally located with excellent facilities
Disliked: The room I was in was starting to feel a little tired, and despite being non-smoking I could detect what appeared to be the smell of stale tobacco smoke… Hiwrver not enough to cause me to ask for a room change.

Exceptional

Liked: Huge rooms. modern tvs. Excellent restaurant and food choices. Swimming facilities. All fabulous
Disliked: Air-conditioning wasn't the best.

Liked: The premium rooms were very good and newly furbished. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I had booked one standard and one premium rooms. Because I requested closer rooms the staff changed my booking to two standard rooms on same floor. When I realised 10 minutes later of seeing the rooms that they had not given me a premium room as booked and paid for , I was told u had to sort it in the morning now as it was too late at night. Luckily the morning staff sorted it out and for the next night I had a premium room as booked.The standard rooms were standard basic - no fridge, the cabinet door I was worried would come off and the bath kept clogging while showering.

Liked: The room was a good size,enough towels provided,ironing board and iron and hair dryer provided which was good and enough storage space for clothes Breakfast was good, and staff were friendly and attentive
Disliked: There wasn’t enough milk left in room for tea, not enough selection of teasNo biscuits provided in room and no extra water provided in room as very hot weather, and air conditioning was noisyCleaning of the room and making of bed wasn’t goodThe toilet didn’t flush properly water was running from itWhen we checked out we reported this to reception ladyThere was no box of tissue in room and not enough toilet paper in bathroom and trying to change from bath to shower control wasn’t goodBath was too high for my husband to get into to use shower Also on the extra night we booked for night of 14th August we was locked out of our roomWe had to go to reception to get our pass card working to get into our roomThe reception lady did apologise for this, but that shouldn’t of happened as when we checked into hotel on 11th August I informed reception lady that I had booked a extra night to stay in the same room, she checked our booking and confirmed that myself and my husband would be in the same room and everything was okay for that
