Holiday Inn London-Shepperton

Will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have never known anywhere where the staff were this friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond, even the chamber staff!

Liked: The staff. All of them amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, Kim and also the young girl with long blonde hair - forgotten her name.
Disliked: Maybe a little dirty in the public areas.

Comfortable stay, but a little...

Liked: Friendly staff (Julie in the restaurant was very helpful), room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included.
Disliked: Aircon in the room didn’t work and as we checked in after the maintenance team had left we had to make do with a couple of desk fans.

Liked: The downstairs area, bar and lounge were nice.
Disliked: People left cups or plates outside their rooms in the corridor but these were never picked up so the corridors looked messy and this is a trip hazard. Some trays that were there when we checked in were still there when we checked out. Also the fridge in our room didn't work.

Disliked: Dirty towels and grubby room. Also everyone including me had to go back to have the room key card reset as they would stop working. Bit of an inconvenience but no biggy
