Holiday Inn London-Shepperton

Will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have never known anywhere where the staff were this friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond, even the chamber staff!

Liked: The staff. All of them amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, Kim and also the young girl with long blonde hair - forgotten her name.
Disliked: Maybe a little dirty in the public areas.

Disliked: Long waiting in restaurant.Food wasn't fresh made.Hotel needs to be refurbished.

OK despite being provided with...

Liked: Friendly service staff in the restaurant. Very helpful too.
Disliked: Paid and reserved 1 x Premium Double and 1 x Standard Twin. Provided with 2 x Standard Twin. When checking out, the receptionist was unable to comprehend that we were due the balance of between a standard twin and the premium room. To be fair, she did provide complimentary parking so not all was lost.Also be aware of is the asbestos warning labels that appear around the property and within rooms - the property is a little dated and asbestos was clearly used in its construction.In room 322, the air conditioning unit made a LOT of noise, in use and when turned off for some time after. My wife and I (in our respective single bed) ended up turning it off all night until we found ourselves waiting for the other to awake to turn it on in the early hours to cool the room. We turned it on for half an hour or so (it's output is good!) until it cooled the room sufficient enough to get back to sleep.
