Will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have never known anywhere where the staff were this friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond, even the chamber staff!
Liked: The staff. All of them amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, Kim and also the young girl with long blonde hair - forgotten her name.
Disliked: Maybe a little dirty in the public areas.

Good
Liked: The pool etc were in good condition and the staff there were great
Disliked: Reception had a permanent queue and long wait and the receptionist was unhappy - also there were not enough staff in the dining room in the evening and gave up waiting for someone to take my order

Was ok , quite expensive...
Disliked: Our room was just outside the reception entrance . People early in the morning making Loads of noise and woke us up .

Bit pricey for one night...
Liked: The room itself was comfortable enough and the breakfast was very good. there were 4 of us staying in the room but it wasnt too cramped. Although we were missing towels etc the hotel were quick to sort that out.
Disliked: Being charged £8 for parking on arrival was a bit steep (to be fair the hotel manager did refund us). The sofa bed wasnt made up when we arrived and they didn't supply enough towels for all the guests (we were a family of 4)

Poor service, poor food and...
Liked: The free from breakfast selection, the location
Disliked: When we arrived and checked in we were given no directions on how to get to our room, no information on breakfast (where/when it was served), , or what to do if we need anything else. Dinner menu was very limited, both dishes we (my husband and I) wanted were unavailable so I had to have a sandwich and chips as it was the only GF option available , which was nothing like what was advertised and didn’t come with the picked slaw (as they didn’t have any of that either), it was so stodgy and dry a Tesco meal deal would have been better. Bar had a very limited selection, husband ordered a beer on tap, but it was off so ordered a bottle of his second choice, none of that in stock!
