Will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have never known anywhere where the staff were this friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond, even the chamber staff!

Liked: The staff. All of them amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, Kim and also the young girl with long blonde hair - forgotten her name.
Disliked: Maybe a little dirty in the public areas.

A good standard of service...

Liked: Friendly staff and a good atmosphere in the communal areas. Good breakfast, even when working at full capacity on a busy weekend.A nice pool, with generous hours for children.A clean room and good service.Plenty of good places to visit nearby, on a family short break.
Disliked: The size of the sofa bed in the booking for a 9 and 11 year old was too small. The details stated it was suitable for children up to 13 years, which was very optimistic.The bed was firm. Being large, it took up most of the space. The overall comfort could be easily improved by replacing poor quality pillows.Disappointing to pay extra for parking on a site where space clearly us not an issue.
