Will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have never known anywhere where the staff were this friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond, even the chamber staff!

Liked: The staff. All of them amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, Kim and also the young girl with long blonde hair - forgotten her name.
Disliked: Maybe a little dirty in the public areas.

It was obvious staff did not regularly check to see if food was still hot and elibleWould not recommend

Disliked: Room was not to standard , have stayed in a premier inn which had more floorSpace and cleaner. Looked like room had had a flood at some point . Jacuzzi in pool area was out of order , part of the booking was for the use of the leisure facilities!

Wonderful check in experience

Liked: Wonderful check in from Puja! So friendly, warm, asked what my day had been like and offered me a complimentary glass of wine so that I could unwind. She brought to my room with a smile. Absolutely first class! Thank you!My bed was clean and very comfortable, as were the pillows. I had a great night's sleepThe shower I used in the morning was modern, powerful and easily adjustable.
Disliked: The hotel decor is still looking very tired

Disliked: Breakfast food just warm on cold plates so very disappointed. Many already used tables still to be cleared so a right mess despite waiters in attendance. Evening early dinner food okay but not memorable.Booking.com incessant upgrade notifications.
