Will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have never known anywhere where the staff were this friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond, even the chamber staff!

Liked: The staff. All of them amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, Kim and also the young girl with long blonde hair - forgotten her name.
Disliked: Maybe a little dirty in the public areas.

Liked: Staff very friendly Good selection at breakfastHotel amenities were of a good standard
Disliked: The room was in poor repair, holes in the wall, cracked plaster, dirty marks on walls. Carpet under the bed dirty.
