Well located

Liked: Top location. Staff were efficient and friendly. Staff member Imane who checked us gave the best welcome I have had at a hotel for a long time - very helpful with a delicious sense of humour. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping staff appeared to be very good. Despite location the room was very quiet and restful. The breakfast was excellent with a good range.
Disliked: The lifts are not numerous and seemed always crowded - we used the stairs to the 4th floor but there are higher floors. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated but only had a fixed shower head ie a hand held head was not also attached which does not cater for inclusive hygiene requirements.

Adequate hotel. Facilities great but...

Liked: The breakfast was amazing. So much choice of foods.The swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room was excellent. The gym was well stocked with equipment. The hotel is in a great location and staff are friendly.
Disliked: The rooms were too small there was about 5 inches to get from the bed to the toilet against the bathroom partition sliding door. This was a problem if you were sleeping on the window side of the bed and made it extremely difficult to get past. Not suitable if you have mobility issues. The bathroom sink needed replacing as the enamel had gone brown.

Exhausted at the beginning with...

Liked: Location and facilitiesGood breakfast with excellent staff service in the catering area.
Disliked: Rooms offered on spot didn’t match with booking on the first 2 days.One of the room offered for change was even worse off with malfunctioned air conditioning. Finally, staff managed to offer support and provided rooms similar to original bookings, based on repeated complaint at reception.

Descent spot in London

Liked: Descent quality for price in london. Fairly good gym, esp in comp to typical hotel gyms. Able to get both early check in and late checkout which was great.
Disliked: Tough towels. Sauna was out of commission which was bot communicated ahead of time.
