Liked: Very central great area and breakfast very clean
Disliked: OK we wanted twin rooms and they won't allocate until you arrive no twin rooms i would have paid to guarantee a twin room

Liked: It is a very good and decent hotel.The breakfast is superb. The hotel has a beautiful lobby.
Disliked: The standard double bed room is very small. The bed is too small.

Liked: We particularly liked the hotel reception and large lounge bar areas. Also used the impressive pool/spa facilities. We didn't use any of the restaurants on site, so we can't comment on the quality of the food or drink (especially, as our room rate didn't include breakfast, sadly!).
Disliked: The room was SO small and very basic, with a very old-fashioned bathroom (shower over bath, tiny square sink and shabby cabinet above). There was also hardly any storage space, so overall, we were very disappointed, especially as this is supposedly a 4-star hotel!

Disliked: The room was disgusting not clean at all I suffer from ocd and there was so much dust everywhere the rooms are not clean at all I would t stay at this hotel again I’m shocked it is a 4 ⭐️i have stayed at emasculate 4 ⭐️before and this doesn’t meet any standards of a 4⭐️very disappointed and ruined my whole experience of London

Liked: Great location, close to Tube, nice part of London to be based. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Swimming pool very refreshing after a day of walking!
Disliked: Very minor but there was no body wash in the swimming pool/gym showers and body lotion in the bedrooms would have been very helpful
