Basic stay in a good...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The pool was filthy. The edges were grey with dirt, the water was cloudy and there were literally bits of food in the water.

Disappointing

Disliked: Very hard bed. Was provided with a topper for the 2nd night but this was no thicker than a mattress protector. The ‘soft’ pillows compacted to bricks when you put your head on them. Was told all the beds are the same. Won’t be visiting Holiday Inn again if this is the case in all their hotels.

Disliked: They did not fulfil request to have twin beds. They said they would dirt but didn’t do so until midnight!

Liked: It was good value in a good location
Disliked: The pool facilities I feel were overly chlorinated and did lead to eyes burning and headache

Amazing Staff

Liked: I had a fantastic experience at this property, and the highlight was definitely the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. A special shoutout to Manuele—he was absolutely amazing!
