Value for money but can...

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean, the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The restaurant was limited and expensive, the breakfast was a typical buffet but a large group of international students were stayed by and made the whole thing feel like the hunger games (lots of pushing, aggression and little left or refilled after)

Liked: Great amenities. Food is good at the restaurant. Nice breakfast. The folks that checked us were amazing – shout out to Abdul and Kiera!!!!

Disliked: At the checkout, the clerk insisted that the “standard room” in my reservation means I can be assigned absolutely any room at the hotel based on availability, and the only available room was the “accessible” one. I have shown her my reservation information which didn’t indicate anything about accessibility. No other rooms were (seemingly) available and the clerk was shockingly unfriendly.The accessible room ended up being even more special than the ones I have seen in the US - with a hip-level sink and an open shower. I could have gone back to complain, but it was 2am. Unfortunately, I have injured my back trying to use that sink, and the rest of the trip was ruined for me. Otherwise, the room was old and tired and not at all like the photos portray it online.

Fabulous breakfast, clean, but depressing...

Liked: Location-easily accessible via cheap public transport and hoppa busses. Absolutely fabulous breakfast.
Disliked: It is great that the bathroom has so much equipment to accommodate people with disabilities, however, this becomes a bit of a problem for people WITHOUT disabilities - one can hardly have space to stand under the shower. Basically one feels like in a specialized hospital bathroom. Also, I wish it were possible to open the windows of the room.
