I found all the staff...
Liked: Within easy reach to T3 with reliable bus service. Room clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Fire alarm sounded at 7.45am so made my way to reception - to be informed that there was no fire(thankfully). However I do feel an announcement to that effect should have been made over the public address system as this would have minimised the ensuing confusion.

Very good but weird ending.
Liked: Close to terminal 2, good breakfast, staff were friendly.
Disliked: Onthe day we were leaving at approximately 8am our room received a fire alarm telling us to exit the building, it lasted for approx 45 seconds. We got up to leave with no sounds one would associate with an emergency. On looking out in the inner courtyard guests were leisurely having breakfast and staff calmly walking around??. There was no cancelation notice or anything said, I tried calling reception with no answer...bizarre.

Would stay again
Liked: Close to Heathrow airport. Easily accessible by bus or shuttle. Big room. Clean. Comfortable. Extremely quiet despite aeroplanes and being fully booked. Great shower. Efficient express check in and check out.

Liked: Very modern and well fitted furnishings. Easy to park and check in/out. Food was fantastic at the restaurant on site.

Poor
Disliked: I booked a double, they gave me a twin. Reception staff were unhelpful and dismissive. One staff member did not seem to speak English!People having loud conversations in the corridor at 5am.

Very good
Liked: Location and clean room
Disliked: We were told by reception staff that if we needed to book a taxi to use the phone at end of reception desk for a direct line. BUT..we were NOT told that this was not a regular taxi. It was a red Chauffeur service which was quite costly to go a short distance. A racket between hotel and Red service. The difference in taxi options should be explained up front before offering the phone to the customer. Another smaller issue was that there was nowhere to purchase a normal size bottle of water to take to the room. The restaurant only offered us a quite large heavy glass bottle costing $4.95 and more water than we needed. There should be an area for water purchase besides the restaurant option. I don’t respect a hotel which is manipulative re: taxi bookings and which should have better options for simple things like water. Otherwise, the stay was good.
