Good

Liked: Nice room with comfortable bed and black out blinds
Disliked: Cheaper breakfast, for a buffet it wasn't worth £19pp

Very good

Liked: Staff were helpful and sorted out an issue with my booking. The bar staff were friendly too.
Disliked: Bought a plug adaptor from hotel vending machine and I had purchased the wrong one. When asked if u could swap it or get a refund I was told it wasn't possible and I couldn't get my money back for it which was disappointing.

Wouldn’t stay there again- very...

Liked: Good location and lovely bar area
Disliked: No children’s bed was set up in our room and the air conditioning was not working. They only supplied us with 1 fan. On check out we then had to prove we had paid as they couldn’t find it on the system
