Disliked: The chair bed in the room was very uncomfortable to sleep on. We had to pad it with the quilt and pillows.

Disliked: It was freezing cold in the room, the aircon didn't work and despite calling the receptionist nothing was done about it.

Liked: The check in was confusing and we were over charged for our stay. But this was subsequently corrected when we queried the charge.

Comfortable and friendly.

Liked: Accommodating for families of 5 in one room, which is hard to find. We paid for breakfast when there, the breakfast was nice and one of the best buffet style breakfasts that we have had.
Disliked: Carparking charges are very steep, considering it had already cost £280 for a 2 night stay without breakfast. So £12 a day on top of that we found to be quite extreme.

Liked: The room was comfortable and a nice temperature. The bed was good and the bathroom clean.
Disliked: There was a function of some sort. My room was very noisy because of this. However, I told the receptionist and they moved me to a quiet room.
