perfect

Liked: the hotel staff where very friendly and extremely efficient i thoroughly enjoyed my short stay
Disliked: nothing i didnt like parking very easy

Exceptional

Liked: We had a very nice an spacious room. Great breakfast.We arrived early hours of the morning, due to the flight that was delayed.The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We only stayed one night. Not much to say.

Very good

Liked: Had a problem with meeting friends who were at the other Holiday Inn Gatwick- reception staff handled everything very well when we were in a hurry to drop baggage and leave for the theatre. All staff helpful and efficient.
Disliked: Confusing location on booking site - exact location in relation to airport could be clearer.

Great short stay hotel

Liked: Very quiet. Perfect place to stay awaiting overseas flight. Room good. Restaurant food exceptional. Staff very friendly efficient and go beyond and above for guests

Comfortable with a great breakfast

Liked: Newly refurbished and clean. Great breakfast and helpful friendly staff.
Disliked: I feel charging for parking if staying one night was not needed. I understand if using the parking for more than your stay at the hotel but when staying at the hotel it should be complimentary.
