Liked: Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Late arrival and our room was not ready. Had to call 3 times to the reception and it still took 45 minutes to get our room ready.The lady in the morning gave us a discount due to the bad experience but we missed an hour rest before catching our transatlantic flight.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable and I liked the room we were given.
Disliked: I completely understand the fact that to offer the best experience for customers by keeping your hotel up to date and safe but having a hole in front of the lift is dangerous and I fell into it, twisting my ankle.

Great Stay!

Liked: The room and bathroom was clean. The breakfast was decent. We had requested cot for our baby which was readily available when we arrived in our room. 10 rating for the staff, Kiran and Angela assisted us and were very friendly and helpful. We had a 11 month old infant with us and the staff (especially Kiran) made sure we had all that we needed for our and babies comfort.

Nice quiet hotel close to...

Liked: Great soundproofing and convenient shuttle to terminal cost 4.50 pounds
Disliked: Undergoing construction so not easy to find back entrance. Could have used temporary sign to reception
